Important Shipping Update from SLAYICS!

We want to thank you for making our Black Friday sale such a huge success! We’re thrilled by the overwhelming response and are so grateful for your support.

All orders from Black Friday and before have been processed! However, due to the high demand at the factory and with couriers, there may be some delays. Please note that it may take until 11th December for all orders to be shipped.

We’re working hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for bearing with us!

The last day to place an order in November to have it shipped out within our regular shipping timeframe is Sunday, November 10th. Orders placed by this date will be shipped on Friday, November 15th.

Please note that any orders placed after November 10th, including Black Friday orders, will experience a 2-week delay due to high demand with our courier company. All orders placed from November 11th to November 30th will be processed together and shipped after our next batch order on December 1st. This means your order will be shipped out on Friday, December 6th. If there are no delays! Please keep this in mind!

1. Processing Time:

1.1. All orders have a processing time of 5-10 business days before they are shipped.

1.2. For preordered items, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the order once it becomes available in our inventory.

1.3. Once the preordered item is in stock and processed, it will be shipped to the customer within 3 business days.

 

2. Tracking Information:

2.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to the email address provided during the checkout process.

2.2. This tracking information will allow you to monitor the progress of your package's delivery.

 

3. Shipping Responsibility:

3.1. SLAYICS is committed to ensuring that your order is securely packaged and handed over to the shipping company in a timely manner.

3.2. However, once the package is handed over to the shipping company, we are not responsible for any delays, stolen packages, or damages caused by the shipping company.

3.3. Any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be addressed directly with the respective shipping company.

 

4. Delivery Time:

4.1. Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.2. We strive to deliver your order within a reasonable timeframe. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

 

5. Shipping Methods:

5.1. SLAYICS uses reputable shipping carriers to deliver your orders, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.

 

6. Shipping Locations:

6.1. We offer shipping to select regions and countries. Please refer to the shipping options available during the checkout process.

7.1. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite the delivery process.

8.1. Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. SLAYICS will not be responsible for any additional costs or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
